FIL, OP and FIL perpetual futures are trading at negative funding rates. Shorts are paying longs to hold their positions. The rates are small, ranging from negative 0.0144% to negative 0.0159% over the eight hour period.

  ngl when funding flips negative like this it usually means shorts are getting confident, might be worth watching if it holds or snaps back
